✔ Opening & closing km, hrs will be calculated from Pick up location to Pick up location
✔ For Km Usage, The Charge Will Be From the Pickup Location And Back To the Pickup Location.
✔ For Hour usage, charges will be from the pick-up time specified, till the time required to reach the pickup location at the end of the trip.
✔ The van will be chauffeur-driven and strictly not for self-drive.
✔ The above prices are inclusive of fuel & chauffeur charges.
✔ Parking, toll, and interstate permit charges will be extra as per actuals.
✔ Rates are subject to change without prior notice depending upon the Govt. policies & fuel prices.
✔ Only car categories are confirmed during the reservations. The car model is subject to availability.
✔ The reservations will have to be passed either by mail or by fax to avoid miscommunication.
✔ Service tax as applicable.
✔ Last-minute cancellations (cancellations done on the traveling date) will be charged as an 8-hour 80km package.
✔ After 10 minutes will be considered as an extra hour.

Outstation Travel - Terms & Conditions
✔ Opening & closing km will be calculated from the pick-up point to the pick-up point.
✔ The van will be chauffeur-driven and strictly not for self-drive.
✔ Parking, toll, and interstate permit charges will be extra as per actuals.
✔ Outstation rates have been provided based on the fact that the time of travel ends at 12 am (Midnight) on the given business day. Any travel beyond 12 a.m. will be considered as the next business day.
✔ If the time of travel ends between (11pm- 1am)then a surcharge of Rs.500/- will be applicable.
✔ Service tax as applicable.
✔ Surcharge of local use charge will be applicable for local use in Chennai (If the customer wants to use local Chennai on an outstation trip)
✔ For Hill stations, a surcharge of Rs.500/Hillstation will be added.
